When?
Friday, 17 June 2016 from 5:30 to 7:00 pm

Where?
GCTraining Studio, 3, Gd-Rue, Eysins
Come over and learn how to identify these disturbing emotions that trigger your anger. Make choices about them, and move forward in ways that are more helpful, effective, and productive for you.
This introductory workshop will use a mix of therapeutic techniques, mindfulness, and relaxation tips to help you identify and make sense of your feelings of anger and thoughts that arise from there.
The worksop will give you a taste of what may be there within you that doesn't let you make more positive turns in life.

If you have unsuccessfully tried to manage and overcome anger and resentment, then this short trip to Eysins will be a start of a new season for you.

We will look on where does anger stem from, what are the triggers to look for, and provide you with useful strategies to help you gain a better sense of control over anger and build your personal coping skills on the basis of what you learn. You will never look at anger in the same way again.

Comfortable clothes are advised to wear for this occasion. We will make this workshop highly experiential.
You will find out:
- What is anger, and how it can possibly be a good thing for you,
- Understand how it affects you personally, and what triggers it
- How you can take control over your behavior
- What frustration and negative feelings do to you
- How to step up for yourself before you start 'cooking' it all within
- Steps to build your personal toolbox of ways to cope with anger

Maximum 8 spots are available for this session.

To book your spot simply submit this form. I look forward to seeing you on the 17th June!
