Here is how it works:
- We meet in my Nyon office for the first time and we get to know each other. We will evaluate your situation and decide whether or not to proceed further. You prepare your questions and I prepare mine. Before we start scheduling our session, we will create an individualized plan with specific goals that we will work on together during your Walk&Talk Sessions. I have prepared a list that you will get through and sign as to confirm your understanding about the risks.
- When you decide to continue, we will schedule our session date, time and the place to meet. Various paths in Nyon and its beautiful surroundings are available to us and you have your say in making the choice of your preference.
- We walk at your pace. If you are in need to stop, we will stop, or find somewhere to sit.
- I keep the alarm ready to remind us when we reach mid-session and we shall slowly return to the starting point.
- We make an evaluation and planning for your next steps at the end of each session.
