To live your life on a bright side, this workshop focuses on Anger and other emotions that need our special attention on this path.
Our emotions hold unique information for us. We will learn how to hang out with our own feelings and notice what exactly happens when we do.
What are your feelings telling you that usually goes by unnoticed?
Why some of them count more, and why we get defensive, hostile, or simply negative because of them?
When we understand our feelings, we are able to use them to get along well in life, we deal better with stress, anger, anxiety and all in all lead happier lives. Is this your aim as well?
At the end of this short workshop you will be able to do a better detection, better appraisal of your own feelings and become observant of how appropriate they are in a specific situation.
You will become more attentive to reading the emotions of others around you.
The most important is that you become an explorer of your own internal world, and use the self-soothing techniques. Learn to calm your feelings down in stressful situations in such a way that you will be constantly surprising yourself of the results.
