By simply drawing your full attention on what surrounds you in the chosen natural setting, (be it the fresh air, leaves of the trees, grass, stones, breeze, raindrops, flowers, fruits, insects, birds...), and allowing the sounds of nature filling your ears, the smells and feelings to pass by with a simple observation without judgement, you are allowed to be part of it.
Your mind may pressure you to get engaged and evaluate each sound and movement. By letting those thoughts pass, by without any engagement, referencing and connecting, you will have a chance to experience the true abundant life A simple taste of temperature, colors, shapes, sounds and movement will bring you to enjoy of an openly aware state in nature, a unique experience which you will want to repeat again and again. |
